There are ample opportunities at well-maintained courses across the region, with one of the most touted courses being the Rusty Rail Golf Course. The Dallas Morning News has rated it among the best Top 25 Nine-Hole Courses in Texas.

The picturesque course in Jefferson measures 3,015 yards and plays as a par 35. It opened in 1983.
